This feature is known as "Dual Audio" on the Samsung Galaxy. Just connect two Bluetooth audio devices to your phone, turn on the Dual Audio feature, and you're ready to go. However, this shouldn't be a Samsung-only feature. It's enabled by Bluetooth 5.0 and will hopefully appear on other manufacturers' devices, too.
Open your recent apps using the navigation menu or with a swipe-up gesture. Tap the icon above the first app you want to use in split screen mode, or on Galaxy phones, tap and hold the app. Select "Split Screen" (sometimes labeled "Split Top"). Select the second recent app you want to use, and you'll be in dual-screen mode.
2. This isn't true at all! Start some music playing. Now open your email app. The music keeps playing, even though another app is in the foreground. I even listen to podcasts while playing a game with the sound on - and both the podcast app and the game are capable of playing sound at the same time. – Josh.
(Works for all audio with sound only on the right or left channel. Reason: Simple voice cancellation works by duplicating and inverting the audio of one channel and adding it to the other channel, resulting in a cancellation of the central audio. If only one channel has sound, we just get the desired duplication.)
One thing to note is that your smart TV would have to be equipped with Bluetooth version 5.0, and if your smart TV does support dual audio Bluetooth devices, the setup would be similar to that of doing it on your smartphone. The generic steps for configuring dual audio on your smart TV would be; Go to Settings on your smart TV
